Southern Illinois-Carbondale Daily Egyptian cut publication schedule early in 2013

The Daily Egyptian at Southern Illinois University-Carbondale cut its printing schedule from five days a week to four days a week in January. The paper is now printed Monday through Thursday. Eric Fiedler, faculty managing editor, said an expanded “Weekend” Thursday paper has made up for the advertising revenue loss on Fridays. Continue reading
